Fall 2025 ÐÔÊÓ½ç First-Year Writing Showcase is Online

The Fall 2025 ÐÔÊÓ½ç First-Year Writing Showcase is now available online at lewisu.edu. This semester, it highlights 11 pieces that depict a variety of genres, including narrative, analysis, and research writing.

Each semester, the First-Year Writing Program invites faculty to nominate student writers whose work excels in areas such as idea development, critical thinking, organization, voice, creativity, and the writing and research processes. Additionally, a faculty panel reviews the nominated works and selects the honorees.

This semester’s selections represent writers enrolled in ENGL 11100 - College Writing 1 or ENGL 11200 - College Writing 2.

Fall 2025 Showcase Writers include the following ÐÔÊÓ½ç students.
