ÐÔÊÓ½ç Recognized for Student Success, Veteran Support and Academic Program

ÐÔÊÓ½ç has earned recognition across multiple categories in the 2027 U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges rankings, including placement among the top private universities in the Midwest, recognition for veteran support, and notable gains in nationally ranked academic programs.
Among Midwest regional universities, ÐÔÊÓ½ç tied at No. 32 overall and No. 23 among private institutions in the region. The University was also recognized as the No. 34 Best College for Veterans and No. 37 Top Performer in Social Mobility.
The rankings highlight ÐÔÊÓ½ç's commitment to educational access, student achievement, and career outcomes. According to the rankings data, 90 percent of ÐÔÊÓ½ç graduates earn more than individuals with only a high school diploma. ÐÔÊÓ½ç also maintained a strong first-year retention rate of 82 percent.
Several academic programs experienced significant gains in national rankings:
- Undergraduate Engineering Programs rose 23 places nationally to No. 228.
- Undergraduate Psychology Programs climbed 90 places nationally to No. 436.
- ÐÔÊÓ½ç' Computer Science program continues to earn national recognition.
ÐÔÊÓ½ç was also ranked among the Midwest's Best Value Schools. The rankings noted that 66 percent of students receive need-based aid, while 97 percent of that aid is awarded through grants and scholarships rather than loans.
