The residence halls will close for Easter Break on Wednesday, April 1st at 5 pm until Monday, April 6. Residents who have a reason to reside on campus during this time frame should submit this form by Tuesday, March 31st at 5 pm.
Only students who meet the following requirements will be approved to remain on campus during the break:
- Student workers required to work any dates/times that the residence halls are closed.
- Your employer must email our office stating your need to work or you can email us an official copy/screenshot of your work schedule. This includes on and off campus employment. This form needs to be turned into the office of Residence Life by Tuesday, March 31st at 5 pm, your request will be denied if this is not received by this date.
- Out-of-state students
- International students
- Athletes in season (include your sport in the comments section)
- Students required to attend a class on any of the dates/times that the residence halls are closed.
- You must email a copy of your class schedule indicating this course enrollment and date. A copy of your class schedule needs to be turned into the office of Residence Life by Tuesday, March 31st at 5 pm, your request will be denied if this is not received by this date.
Dining
Students staying on campus will be able to order prepackaged meals from ÐÔÊÓ½ç Dining with their meal swipes. All orders need to be submitted by 9pm on March 29 and meals must be picked up on April 3 from Brown Dining Hall between 10am-1pm.
