PURPOSE

Ensure ÐÔÊÓ½ç students, faculty, and programs are ready to teach, learn, and lead in a rapidly evolving educational and professional landscape–grounded in Lasallian values.

KEY STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

  • Anchor teaching and learning in Lasallian Pedagogy by establishing shared expectations for rigorous, responsive, experiential, and interdisciplinary learning across all modalities.

  • Create coherent policies, standards, and guidance for quality and equity, including a scalable learning quality framework, a unified teaching and learning playbook, and clear, nonpunitive guidance for the responsible use of AI in the classroom.

  • Strengthen institutional capacity for innovative teaching through expanded faculty development, instructional design support, leadership pathways, and recognition of effective and adaptive practices.
  • Align curriculum, credentials, and pathways with workforce and lifelong learning needs by strengthening industry partnerships and developing flexible, interdisciplinary programs and stackable credentials.

  • Advance student readiness for digital and lifelong learning by aligning curricular and cocurricular experiences that build adaptability, digital literacy, ethical reasoning, and confidence in evolving learning environments.
