The ÐÔÊÓ½ç Community Schools Consortium (LUCSC) is a campus-wide initiative funded by the federal Full-Service Community Schools grant. LUCSC partners with schools and community agencies to implement the by integrating the knowledge, skills, and resources of ÐÔÊÓ½ç University and its partners. LUCSC is a great example of in action.

LUCSC MISSION

LUCSC supports community thriving by collaborating to:

  • Build a hub for families to access essential resources
  • Grow P-12 student academic achievement, social-emotional development, and well-being
  • Engage college students in experiential learning as facilitators, role models, and co-learners in school and community initiatives
  • Empower staff to implement culturally relevant curriculum and instruction
  • Nurture trauma responsive and restorative practices
  • Strengthen strategic partner relationships
